Redhawk Properties is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Starkville, Mississippi. We proudly own and manage Greentree Apartments, select units at Colony on Montgomery, and at University Towers, providing quality housing options conveniently located near Mississippi State University.
Our goal is simple: provide safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes for our residents. Whether you are a student, professional, or family, we strive to make your living experience in Starkville as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Dedicated Management
Our day-to-day operations are overseen by Nikki Leonard, our full-time Property Manager. Nikki works closely with residents to handle leasing, questions, and property needs while ensuring that each community runs efficiently and professionally. She is supported by Adrianna Stockton, Assistant Manager, who assists with daily operations and resident relations. Kim Ledlow, our Senior Manager, serves in a part-time capacity and provides additional leadership and oversight to the team.
Maintenance & Resident Support
Keeping our properties in excellent condition is one of our top priorities. Residents have access to:
- Two full-time maintenance technicians, certified in heating and air conditioning
- 24/7 on-call security across all communities
- Ongoing renovations and property improvements as units become available
- A local office in Starkville for quick response and support
